LASIK MD Laser Eye Surgery – Clinical Trial
We are currently enrolling patients to
participate in a clinical trial that LASIK MD is conducting at our
Downtown Toronto clinic. The study is
regulated by Health
Canada and will research the safety and effectiveness of
investigational software for the
Zyoptix Custom Advanced Wavefront procedure, used to
correct
myopia and myopic
astigmatism.
Study participants will be reimbursed for parking and travel for
each of the required visits.
There are some criteria for eligibility. Patients who are
interested in participating in the trial should notify our staff
during their exam so we can assess their candidacy, as well as
discuss the details of the program with their clinical
counselor.
Both patients who wear contact lenses as well as glasses are
eligible.
